Disclosed are a long tube trailer and an emergency cut-off device thereof. The long tube trailer comprises an assembling tube bundle and a traveling mechanism. An external pipeline is disposed on the assembling tube bundle. The emergency cut-off device comprises a gas storage tank, a stop valve, at least one cut-off control valve and a cut-off control pipeline. The gas storage tank is filled with non-flammable gas with certain pressure. The cut-off control pipeline is communicated with the gas storage tank. The cut-off control valves are disposed on the cut-off control pipeline. The stop valve is communicated with the cut-off control pipeline and is connected with and controls the external pipeline. When all the cut-off control valves are switched on, gas is inflated into the cut-off control pipeline, and the stop valve is pressed to be communicated with the external pipeline; in the gas inflation state of the cut-off control pipeline, the cut-off control valves are controlled to exhaust gas outwards, then the gas pressure of the cut-off control pipeline is decreased, and the stop valve returns to cut off the external pipeline. High-pressure gas is added when the external pipeline needs to be switched on so that emergency cut-off can be performed through pressure relief when emergency circumstances occur.
