Abstract

The triggering method comprises the steps that a triggering request is received; a waveform signal generated by an object making contact with the electronic equipment is detected; whether the waveform signal is a pulse wave signal or not is judged; if yes, the electronic equipment is triggered to execute a triggering request function; if not, the electronic equipment is not triggered. When the electronic equipment receives the triggering request, the electronic equipment cannot be immediately triggered to execute the triggering request function, whether the waveform signal is the pulse wave signal of a human body or not is judged firstly, the electronic equipment is triggered only when it is judged that the detected waveform signal is the pulse wave signal of the human body, therefore, occurrence of the condition that other objects accidentally trigger the electronic equipment is greatly reduced, and the accidental triggering rate of the electronic equipment is decreased.
