The display box is formed by a piece of paper and comprises a bottom box body and two to four side box bodies which are the same in structure and arranged in a ladder-like mode. Side plates of the side box bodies arranged symmetrically can be inserted together with one another. The side box bodies can be sequentially folded into a box body on the next layer till be folded into the bottom box body, so that a box shape of which the appearance is of a cuboid structure is formed. According to the display box which can be sleeved and folded, the cost is low, the display performance is high during using, when the display box is not used, the space is saved after the display box is sleeved and folded, and the transportation cost is low; and the inner side plates of the symmetrical box bodies on the two sides of the display box can be inserted together with one another, so that the interior of the display box is in a ladder shape, and the stability of the display box is improved.
