The touch trajectory acquisition method and the touch screen have following beneficial effects: by matching touch points in the current scanning period with those in the last scanning period one by one on the same partition of the touch screen, the touch screen can rapidly obtain touch trajectories of touch objects so that the possible matching methods are many and calculation loads are small; and the touch screen can rapidly obtain the touch trajectories of touch objects.
