Furthermore, according to the method, a D-H asymmetric encryption algorithm is applied in the block chain; and a public key password and a private key password which are different from each other are used for performing encryption and decryption. Safety of a government affair information database can be remarkably improved. The whole model architecture and the operation mechanism of the block chain ensure wide application space of the block chain in the field of electronic government affair.
