urban management platform based on cloud-edge
collaboration, comprising: an
image acquisition module: commanding a
drone to fly along a preset
route and capture images along the way, preprocessing and recognizing the video
stream data, and extracting keyframes; a keyframe
cropping module: acquiring the three
primary color values of pixels, marking target pixels based on the three
primary color channels, constructing a planar coordinate
system, and
cropping frames based on the maximum and minimum values of the
horizontal and vertical coordinates; and an analysis and
processing module: dividing the cropped frames into groups, acquiring the maximum proportion of cropped frames in the same group, determining the target event corresponding to the
urban management problem, and distributing the data to various
drone terminals. By lightweighting the data, the bandwidth pressure during upload is reduced, transmission resources are saved, the efficiency from problem discovery to handling is improved, management resources are targeted, and the transformation of
urban management from passive response to proactive prediction is supported.
