powder coal ash 45-70 shares,
aluminium salt, ferrite and
sodium polysilicate altogether 2-15 shares, oxidant 4-10 shares,
cement or
cement clinker 10-20 shares, and 20-50 eye spun
yarn 5-15 shares, uniformly mixing them, then adding gelatinous water in 10-20% of the total
mass of the above matters, uniformly mixing, placing in a 5-10 cm thick rectangular module,
planishing, heating to 80 deg.C-160 deg.C, preserving heat for 0.5-1.5 h, cooling to 20-30 deg.C, airing, watering and curing for 4-10 h, airing, crushing, and screening to obtain products. The
processing material is integrated with the functions of flocculating, absorbing, chemically degrading, etc in one, it is a microporous cellular
solid particle, has adsorbility, flocculability and oxidizing property, not only enhancing absorbing ability of
powder coal ash but also able to remarkably reduce dosage of flocculating agent.
