The invention relates to a cover plate ink remover. The cover plate ink remover comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-90 parts of a main agent, 5-20 parts of a penetrating agent, 10-30 parts of a mixed acid accelerant, 0.5-10 parts of an oxidation accelerant and 0.1-3 parts of a surfactant, wherein the main agent is at least one of N-methyl pyrrolidone, dimethyl sulfoxide, N,N-dimethylformamide and N,N-dimethylacetamide, and the penetrating agent is at least one of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether, propylene glycol butyl ether, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate and ethylene glycol phenyl ether. The mixed acid accelerant and the oxidation accelerant are adopted in the removing agent, so that the removing process of the ink is accelerated throughthe double accelerators, and thereby the removing rate of the ink is increased, and the removing agent has extremely high industrial application prospects.
