The homogenization treatment process specifically comprises the following steps that step firstly, an S31254 steel ingot is heated to 720-820 DEG C, heating thoroughly is conducted, heating is conducted to 1100-1200 DEG C at a heating rate of 200-250 DEG C/h, and heating thoroughly is conducted to obtain a heated thoroughly steel ingot; and secondly, the heated thoroughly steel ingot is heated to 1240-1280 DEG C, heat preservation is conducted for 18-22 h, the steel ingot is discharged out of the furnace to obtain a discharged steel ingot, upsetting and drawing deformation is conducted on the discharged steel ingot, and then heat preservation continues to be conducted for 18-22 h at 1240-1280 DEG C. According to the method, rapid heating in a precipitated phase temperature sensitive interval is combined with two times of diffusion and upsetting and drawing processes, and the two processes supplement each other, so that the problem of a primary precipitated phase of an S31254 material is solved, the edges, the radius and the center of the steel ingot are free of the primary precipitated phase, the time is short, and the production efficiency is remarkably improved.
