dimensional modeling system and method based on force detection feedback, the three-
dimensional modeling system comprises a mapping conduit, a three-dimensional
mapping system, a force sensing execution arm, a
manipulator, a
workstation computer and master
control system software, the mapping conduit is suitable for being fixed on the force sensing execution arm, the force sensing execution arm is provided with a
motor power module and a measurement module, and the measurement module is provided with a
motor power module. The measurement module is used for measuring operation parameters of the
motor power module; the master
control system software is installed in a
workstation computer and is connected with the
workstation computer, and a
calibration matrix is stored in the master
control system software and records the corresponding relation between the
contact force of the mapping
catheter and the operation parameters. Wherein in the three-
dimensional modeling process, the workstation computer receives the operation parameters measured by the measurement module, and the
contact force of the mapping
catheter is obtained by inquiring and comparing the
calibration matrix. Force detection can be realized by using the existing high-density mapping
catheter, so that the cost and the
system complexity are remarkably reduced; the method for reversely pushing the stress of the head end of the catheter through the operation parameters is accurate, and the response speed is high.
