The mixed liquid of the vitamin B2 with higher concentration and the vitamin B6 is detected by a fluorescence spectrophotometry method, and the influence rule of the vitamin B2 at different concentrations on the quenching efficiency of the vitamin B6 is explored, so that the concentration of the vitamin B2 and the concentration of the vitamin B6 can be detected accurately and quickly under the mixed system.
