The method comprises the steps of separately determining the first differences between the system time and the own system time of mobile terminals; separately determining the complexities and the playing time delays of the playing files that can be processed by the mobile terminals; determining the complexities of the to-be-played files according to the complexities of the playing files that can be processed by the mobile terminals; sending the to-be-played file data to the mobile terminals capable of processing the determined complexities according to the first differences and the playing time delays of the mobile terminals capable of processing the determined complexities to realize the synchronous playing. According to the method of the present invention, by comparing the first differences between the system times of the mobile terminals and the playing time delays of the mobile terminals, the synchronous playing is realized, and the playing time delays of the mobile terminals are reduced.
