Abstract

A floor noise management device comprises a monitoring device (1), a volume sensing device (2) set on each floor, the volume sensing device (2) detecting the volume and sound levels of the floors from time to time, and a warning module (3) which is arranged on each volume sensing device (2) and connected with the network of a property management center. When floor noise management device is in use and the volume sensing devices (2) detect that the ambient sound volume of each floor exceeds a set value, the linked warning modules (3) send a warning message to the property management center to indicate floor noise interference. The means of the warning message could be sound or LED light display. A volume tracking device (4) is provided to automatically identify and lock the noise transmission scope when the sound volume is analyzed to be exceeding the set value.
