According to the invention, the rescue information is embedded into the two-dimensional code, so when the person involved in an accident is found, the finder can scan and analyze the two-dimensional code and read the pre-recorded related rescue information so as to timely make contact with the emergency contact person or call the police for feeding back the information and the position of the person-involved.
