The method comprises steps that: a user scans the two-dimensional code to decode the two-dimensional code so as to acquire a generation sequence number and send the generation sequence number to a cloud server; the cloud server queries the generation sequence number in a storage data base; and if the header information in a certain data storage list is the same as the generation sequence number, related contents in a unique storage position after the header information are called to the cloud server for buffering so as to be returned to the user, wherein the related contents are rescue information included in the two-dimensional code and comprise information of the person-involved, information of emergency contact persons and associated relations thereof. According to the invention, the rescue information is embedded into the two-dimensional code, so when the person involved in an accident is found, the finder can scan and analyze the two-dimensional code and read the pre-recorded related rescue information so as to timely make contact with the emergency contact person or call the police for feeding back the information and the position of the person-involved. The information is fed back precisely and highly efficiently, and precious time is obtained for rescue work.
