The invention discloses a sole material for sports shoes for body-building and
mountaineering and a preparation method thereof. According to a formula, the sole material comprises the following components in percentage by
mass: 25-30% of
natural rubber, 25-35% of
styrene butadiene rubber, 1-3% of short
fiber, 8-15% of a
carbon black, 10-12% of SiO2, 2-2.5% of a
stearic acid (SA), 3-5% of
zinc oxide (ZnO), 2-3% of
disilane tetrasulfide (Si-69) and 3-6% of
sulfur (S). After the components are mixed, the obtained mixture is mixed into a rubber compound by using an internal mixer for short fibers and rubber, then the rubber compound is fed by using an open mill or a calender, and the obtained object is extruded by using a pin cold-feed extruder with a short
fiber oriented head, and finally, the obtained object is extruded by using a pin cold-feed extruder with a short
fiber oriented head, and finally, the extruded product is vulcanized in a sole die, thereby obtaining a sole product for sports shoes for body-building and
mountaineering. By using the sole material, soles have good abrasion resistance and
puncture resistance while having good elasticity, so that the comfortableness and security of body-building and
mountaineering exercises are improved, and the service life of shoes is prolonged to a certain extent, therefore, the sole material has a broad market application prospect.
