The igniting devices are telescoping ignition devices, and the number of the igniting devices is consistent with the number of transport UAVs, wherein the igniting devices are fixedly suspended at the bottoms of the UAVs. The number of positioning devices is consistent with the number of transport UAVs, and the positioning devices are disposed in the transport UAVs. The wireless device is disposed in the control center, and the control center is disposed at a planned storage control center, and is connected with the wireless device.
