Embodiment 1

[0023] 1. If figure 1 As shown, heating fan 1 (Airmate HP2008), shade cloth sleeve 2 (material is silver shade cloth wp605-6), specimen holder 5, multiple folded newspapers and pieces of corrugated paper 4, the shade cloth sleeve 2 It has an A end 6 and a B end 7, both the A end and the B end are open, and the A end and the B end are sewn with an elastic band along the circumferential direction. Corrugated paper, newspaper, and specimen holders are of matching size. In this embodiment, the length of the shading cloth sleeve is 1.5m, the diameters of the A port and the B port are 0.8m, and the length of the elastic band is 3m; the length of the specimen holder is 35cm, and the width is 30cm. Each splint consists of 4 Horizontal wooden strips and 6 vertical wooden strips are riveted equidistantly. The length of the bandage on the specimen holder is 3m, and the width is 4.5cm. The length of the corrugated paper is 36cm, the width is 31cm, and the thickness is 0.4cm.

Abstract

The present invention discloses a method for pressing dehydration of plant herbarium specimens. The method comprises the following steps: 1) providing an air heater, a shading-cloth sleeve, a specimen clamp, a plurality of newspapers and a plurality of corrugated paper; 2) making a specimen sample; 3) installing the air heater; 4) installing the specimen sample; 5) straight stretching the shading-cloth sleeve; and 6) electrifying the air heater and controlling the baking temperature, wind speed and baking time in the shading-cloth sleeve by adjusting the air heater according to specimen category. After baking is finished, the specimen sample is cooled, the wind speed is kept unchanged in the shading-cloth sleeve, the air heater is adjusted to cool the interior of the shading-cloth sleeve to room temperature, the cooling time is 0.5-1 hour, and then the air heater is shut down and power-off. The method guarantees dehydration is rapid, complete and uniform and the pressed herbarium specimen is smooth.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of pressing and dehydrating wax leaf specimens, and in particular relates to a method for pressing and dehydrating wax leaf specimens of plants. Background technique [0002] Plant wax leaf specimens are usually used to identify plants, identify Chinese herbal medicines, popular science education, etc., and are also indispensable materials for plant classification research. From fresh plant materials to plant wax leaf specimens, the production can be roughly divided into the following steps: collection of fresh leaf specimens→recording and sorting→pressing and dehydration→binding→preservation, etc. [0003] In the above steps of making wax leaf specimens, pressing and dehydration is the most critical, and this process determines the quality of wax leaf specimens after making. In the dehydration process, the method adopted varies from person to person. There are direct use of absorbent paper to absorb water,...
