Embodiment Construction

[0021] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and specific embodiment:

[0022] Such as figure 1 As shown, the method for real-time detection of psychological stress state during speech by heart rate measurement of the present invention includes the acquisition of electrocardiographic signals, R wave positioning, calculation of heart rate, calculation of heart rate mean value, calculation of heart rate variation index and respiratory sinus Calculation of arrhythmia indices.

[0023] The heart rate is calculated from the R wave location and the RR interval of the electrocardiographic signal, and the electrocardiographic signal is obtained directly through a physiological signal acquisition device. R wave localization is to use the threshold method to detect the R wave apex. When the R wave is lost in data acquisition, the threshold method is used to detect the abnormally long RR interval, the abnormally short RR interval...

Abstract

A method for real-time detection of the mental stress state during speech through heart rate measurement is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of electrocardiosignal acquisition, R wave positioning, calculation of the heart rate, calculation of respiratory sinus arrhythmia indexes, calculation of heart rate variation indexes, and calculation of the heart rate mean value. In the non-strenuous exercise state, a short RR interval mean value and a small heart rate variation rate are shown, and (or) the situation that RR intervals are continuously lengthened or continuously shortened for many times in the adjacent intervals due to shallow and slow breathing, and it is suggested that a speaker is in a mental stress state. Particularly, the continuous variable lengthening or continuous shortening of the RR adjacency intervals occurs many times only during the speech period, which usually indicates that the speaker is in a weak mental stress state; when the first two features or all three features occur, it is suggested that the speaker is in a strong mental stress state; and when the three features do not occur, it is prompted that no mental stress occurs to the speaker. Through the detection of the small RR interval mean value, the low heart rate variability and the sinus arrhythmia indexes caused by shallow and slow breathing, and a empirical threshold method or a classical classifier is adopted, so that the method for real-time detection of the mental stress state during speech is obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for real-time detection of psychological stress state during speaking by using heart rate measurement. Background technique [0002] The long-term existence of psychological stress may lead to various physical damages, such as decreased immunity and induction of cardiovascular diseases. In the literature, by means of statistical and hypothesis testing methods, it has been confirmed that psychological stress leads to the following responses of the cardiac autonomic nervous system: sympathetic activation and parasympathetic inhibition. The above-mentioned autonomic nervous stress response is reflected in the RR interval by shortening the RR interval and reducing the variation rate of the RR interval sequence. Despite the above-mentioned conclusions, the ECG signal characteristics used to detect psychological stress are still in the laboratory research stage, and baseline characteristics are usually used as a reference t...
