The method comprises the steps that an inputted flow model is received, wherein the flow model includes a start node, an intermediate task and an end node, and the nodes in the flow model are corresponding to the services required to be performed; the flow model is converted into a standard flow definition file, wherein the flow definition file includes the services and the performing sequence of the services; the flow definition file is analyzed through a flow engine so that a flow controller which can be loaded and operated by a computer is generated; and the flow controller is used for controlling the services to be performed according to the performing sequence of the services. The user does not need to rewrite a service support system so that the maintainability and the efficiency of a flow management system can be enhanced, the flow controller is generated through the standard flow definition file and the flow engine, the cross-system flow control compatibility can be conveniently controlled and thus the problem nodes can be more easily located if problems occur.
