Abstract

The invention discloses a scenic area's real-time monitoring webcasting system based on mobile internet which comprises client terminals, a scenic data management center and a plurality of monitoring terminals arranged in the scenic area. The scenic data management center and the monitoring terminals are connected through the monitoring network in the scenic area. The monitoring terminals comprise a plurality of video acquisition front ends distributed in different positions. The data management center comprises a stream media server and a VOD video clicking and playing system. The stream media server comprises an NVR network hardware image recorder and a DVS network video server. The stream media receives the scenic area's video data transmitted from the network; and through the VOD, the data are transmitted to the client terminals within the mobile internet. The client terminals access the webcasting video data through the mobile internet. According to the invention, it is possible to provide mobile internet users a plurality of manners to check the live broadcasting client terminals in nationwide scenic areas so that the users could browse the visitor flow to, the weather and the sceneries of the scenic areas. The system also integrates existing video monitoring systems effectively at a low cost.
