The invention discloses a method and a device for acquiring identification information of a target object based on an unmanned aerial vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring basic identification information of the target object, wherein the basic identification information is characteristic information for characterizing that the target object can be identified; capturing the target object according to the basic identification information; acquiring first standard identification information of the target object, wherein the first standard identification information is characteristic information for characterizing that the target object can be marked.
