The control method comprises the steps that when the air conditioner device is in a heating mode, whether the defrosting condition is met or not is judged, and if yes, a heating defrosting mode is conducted; in the heating defrosting mode, part of refrigerants discharged by a compressor are promoted to directly flow towards an outdoor heat exchanger through bypass pipelines in a branch form, and heat of the other part of refrigerants is utilized for defrosting the outdoor heat exchanger; the temperature of the outdoor environment where the outdoor heat exchanger is located, and the temperature of a coil pipe of the outdoor heat exchanger are obtained; when the difference value between the outdoor environment temperature and the coil pipe temperature is larger than or equal to the preset temperature value, the rotation speed of an outdoor draught fan and the rotation speed in the heating mode are kept to be consistent; and when the difference value is smaller than the preset temperature difference value, running of the outdoor draught fan is stopped. The air conditioner device comprises the compressor, an indoor heat exchanger, a throttling device and the outdoor heat exchanger and further comprises the bypass pipelines, a temperature obtaining module and the outdoor draught fan, and the rotation speed of the outdoor draught fan can be adjusted in a controllable manner.
