Abstract

The method is characterized in that on basis of an upper layer wind farm global optimization distribution strategy and real-time deviation data between the actual output of the wind farm on a PCC connecting point and a power grid scheduling instruction, active output instructions of various generator units are adjusted and corrected in a real-time manner, and then a wind farm double-layer active distribution control frame is provided. The wind farm double-layer active distribution control method is advantageous in that the wind farm active distribution strategy is completed, and good adaptability is provided under a wind condition of dramatic wind speed changing, and then the wind farm can follow a power generation plan issued by a power grid scheduling center accurately, and therefore the stability of the power generation of the wind farm is improved, and the robustness of the wind farm active control system is enhanced.
