According to the determined effective pulse duty ratio and the set brightness of other gray scales, the data signal voltage values corresponding to other gray scales are determined. The effectivepulse duty ratio of the determined light-emitting control signal and the data signal voltage values corresponding to the various gray scales are stored. When the data signal voltage values are changed to eliminate display residuals, and the effective pulse duty ratio of the light-emitting control signal is adjusted to adjust the light-emitting time of the display panel, and therefore the brightness set by the various gray scales is achieved.
