Embodiment 1

[0041] Please refer to Figure 1-Figure 4 , the present embodiment provides a kind of hatching device 100, and it comprises hatching part 10, hatching crate 20, hanging part 30, loose air stone 40 and air supply part 50, and hatching part 10 has hatch tank 11, and hatching crate 20 and hanging part 30 is connected, the suspension part 30 is connected with the hatching part 10, the hatching basket 20 is suspended in the hatching tank 11, the hatching basket 20 has an accommodation chamber 201, and the air-dispersing stone 40 is connected with the hatching basket 20 and is located outside the hatching basket 20, and the air supply The piece 50 is used to supply air to the diffuser stone 40 .

[0042] The incubator 10 selected in this embodiment is a rectangular parallelepiped as a whole, and its structure is welded by stainless steel plates with a thickness of about 0.2 mm. It is 1200 mm long, 850 mm wide, and 350 mm deep.

[0043] The hanging part 30 can be selected steel wire...

Embodiment 2

[0080] This embodiment also provides a hatching system, which includes the hatching device 100 mentioned above, which has all the functions of the hatching device 100 .

[0081] For the structure of the hatching device 100, reference may be made to Embodiment 1.

[0082] The incubation system may also include a control device, which may be a computer board or PLC.

[0083] A solenoid valve can be used to control the flow of the water inlet pipe 91, and a solenoid valve can also be set on the air pipe 51 to control the air supply volume. The control device is electrically connected with the solenoid valve to realize control.

[0084] Different stages of fish fry have different requirements for air supply and water supply, which can be precisely controlled by the control device, which not only avoids wasting resources, but also achieves better hatching results.

[0085] Of course, the control device can also control the output power of the air pump so as to realize the control...

Embodiment 3

[0087] This embodiment also provides a hatching method, which uses the aforementioned hatching device 100, the method comprising:

[0088] Fix the bottom center of the hatching basket 20 after bundling a plurality of air-dispersing stones 40;

[0089] The hatching crate 20 is put into the hatching tank 11 that water is housed;

[0090] The hatching basket 20 is suspended in the hatching tank 11 through the suspension 30, and the hatching basket 20 is immersed in the water for 150mm-180mm, and the top of the hatching basket 20 is exposed to the water surface by 30mm-50mm;

[0091] The fertilized egg mass is placed in the hatching basket 20;

[0092] Use the air supply part 50 to supply air to the diffuser stone 40, and adjust its air supply volume;

[0093] Open the valve 92, and adjust the water supply of the water inlet pipe 91.

[0094] Generally, 1.5kg-2.0kg of fertilized egg pieces are placed in each hatching basket 20 .

[0095] During the hatching process, the user c...

Abstract

The invention provides a hatching device and a hatching method and belongs to the technical field of artificial culture. The hatching device comprises a hatching part, a hatching basket, a suspension part, a perforated stone and an air supply part. A hatching groove is formed in the hatching part. The hatching basket is connected with the suspension part connected with the hatching part, and is arranged in the hatching groove in a suspension mode. An accommodating cavity is formed in the hatching basket, connected with the hatching basket and located at the outer side of the hatching basket. The air supply part is used for providing air for the perforated stone. According to the hatching device, air can be provided by the perforated stone, so that fertilized egg mass can be turned over by itself in the hatching basket, and inflation free of dead corners of the hatching device can be achieved. Through the suspension part, the hatching basket is suspended, the dissolved oxygen in the hatching basket is sufficient, so that the hatching rate is greatly increased, and the egg putting density can be also increased. The hatching device is reasonable in overall structure design and does not need specially-assigned persons to be on duty and look over. The labor cost is low, and the hatching effect is good. Through the hatching method, the hatching rate of fries can be significantly increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of artificial breeding, in particular to a hatching device and a hatching method. Background technique [0002] Channel catfish, also known as channel catfish and pincer fish, belong to the Siluriformes and Catfish family. Native to North America, it is a large freshwater fish with the advantages of miscellaneous food habits, fast growth, wide adaptability, strong disease resistance, and high-quality meat. [0003] The artificial breeding of channel catfish generally adopts the method of natural spawning and artificial hatching. [0004] The inventor found in the research that there are at least the following shortcomings in the traditional hatching process: [0005] The whole process needs to arrange special personnel on duty to conduct inspections, and the labor cost is high; [0006] The hatching effect is poor. Contents of the invention [0007] The object of the present invention is to provide a k...
