The length of the iron backboard is about 200 milimeters, the width is 100 milimeters, the iron backboard is coated with antirust paint, and small through holes of which the diameter is 1 milimeter are densely distributed at the obverse side of the iron backboard; the thin cotton brush is sewed at the obverse side of the iron backboard in which the through holes are densely distributed, and a sewing thread is utilized to firmly sew the brush.
