The method comprises the following steps: performing the first focusing on a lens of a shooting device according to a shooting starting instruction and determining an initial-set focal distance; receiving a shooting instruction and recording shooting jitter data of the shooting device when receiving the shooting instruction, and then determining the fine-set focal distance according to the initial-set focal distance, the shooting jitter data and the preset focal distance setting numerical table; finally performing the second focusing on the shooting focal distance by using the fine-set focal distance and performing the shooting. Since the second focusing is performed according to the jitter of a user after the user presses down a photographing button, the focal distance deviation caused by the jitter when pressing down the photographing button is reduced, and the sharpness of a shot picture is improved. Since the fine-set focal distance is determined according to the initial-set focal distance, the shooting jitter data and the preset focal distance setting numerical table before performing the second focusing, and the second focusing and the shooting are performed by taking the fine-set focal distance as the shooting focal distance, the focus setting time is reduced, and the photographing speed is improved.
