Based on the multi-source data stepped dynamic fuzzy system,the method includes following steps: step 1, establishing a running state comprehensive assessment policy based on a distributed power layer, a network layer and an active control layer of multi-source data of an active power distribution network; step 2, assessing the running state of each feed line comprehensive system according to the running state of each specific unit by employing a steppeddynamic fuzzy system method; and step 3, assessing the running state of the whole active power distribution network according to the running state of each feed line comprehensive system. According tothe method, the multi-source data of the active power distribution network is employed in a comprehensive manner through the stepped dynamic fuzzy system so that the assessment of the running state ofthe active power distribution network can be performed in a layered manner and quantified layer by layer.
