According to the indoor light adjustment system provided by the invention, the indoor light intensity value is uploaded to the cloud platform through the communicator; according to the indoor lamp control parameters sent by the cloud platform, the brightness ofthe indoor lamp is controlled, and the indoor light is remotely adjusted; and a user who is not on the spot can control the indoor light through a mobile phone lamp terminal device.
