The method has the advantages that compared with the prior art, retrieval work of the method is carried out simply through the order number and a material name of a material, and is simpler, more convenient and faster; speed of carrying out retrieval in a numerical manner after encoding/decoding of the material name is higher; the material names and name codes are input into a material dictionary to facilitate invoking of the material names; input of material pictures into the material dictionary can facilitate comparison, and retrieval errors are avoided; and the retrieval work is enabled to be more intuitive.
