The lens comprises a plurality of structural units arranged in line along astraight line; each structural unit comprises a dielectric plate and metal rings on the lower surface of the dielectric plate, the two metal rings are the same size, the centers of the two metal ringsare coincided with the center of the dielectric plate, the metal rings are provided with notches, and the notches of the two metal rings are symmetric about the center; the plurality of structural units are divided into multiple groups, the notches of the metal rings on the upper surfaces of the same group of structural units are the same in the direction, the notches of the metal rings of two groups of the structural units sandwiched with one group of the structural unit are the same in the direction, and the notches of the metal rings of adjacent groups of the structural units are differentby 90 DEG in the direction.
