The sealing cover sealing mechanism is used for sealing the observation hole, so that water can be prevented from entering the observation hole. When the sealing cover needs to be opened, by rotating the quick opening and closing mechanism, and the sealing cover sealing mechanism is moved by the hinges, so that the observation hole is opened.
