The ground terminal is used as external connection equipment of anintelligent terminal, the short messages edited by the intelligent terminal are sent to the Internet-Of-Things satellites, the Internet-Of-Things satellites send the short messages to the ground center, the ground center receives the short messages, and then the short messages are subjected to analysis processing and then sent to terminal equipment corresponding to a target mobile phone number through a ground network.
