Abstract
The invention discloses a liquid crystal composition and a photoelectric element. The composition is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 1% to 40% of a first component, 5%to 55% of a second component and 10% to 70% of a third component, and the weight percentage sum of all the ingredients is 100%. The composition is further prepared from a fourth component, wherein according to the weight percentage, the first component is 1% to 40%, the second component is 5% to 55%, the third component is 10% to 60%, the fourth component is 3.5% to 30%, and the weight percentagesum of all the components is 100%. The liquid crystal composition disclosed by the invention has the advantages of extremely low Tcn, low-temperature storage temperature and low-temperature work temperature; the liquid crystal composition can be used for preparing the photoelectric element; application of liquid crystal display is greatly expanded under severe work conditions especially related toan active matrix addressing displayer and in a reinforced liquid crystal displayer; thus, the liquid crystal composition has great significance in domestication of a military wide-temperature-range liquid crystal display device.
