Embodiment Construction

[0026] The method of the present invention is divided into a training phase and a testing phase. The steps include: firstly, fully project the sinusoidal image of the data to train the VAEGAN model to obtain a VAEGAN model that can generate high-quality sinusoidal images; secondly, use the trained model to project the incomplete data The missing part of the sinogram is predicted, and then the complemented projection data can be obtained; finally, the CT image is reconstructed from the complemented projection data image using the convolution filtered back-projection (FBP) method. The present invention can predict missing projection data and further reconstruct high-quality CT images that are in line with clinical diagnosis.

[0027] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the drawings. The following embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and cannot be used to limit the protection scop...

Abstract

The invention discloses an incomplete projection CT image reconstruction method based on VAEGAN. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, a sinusoidal image of complete projection data is used for training a VAEGAN model to obtain a VAEGAN model capable of generating a high-quality sinusoidal image; secondly, using the trained model to predict the missing part of sinusoidal graph of incomplete projection data, the completed projection data can be obtained. Finally, the CT image is reconstructed from the completed projection data using the convolution filtered back projection (FBP) method. The invention can predict the missing projection data and further reconstruct the CT image with high quality in accordance with clinical diagnosis.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of medical image processing, in particular to an incomplete projection CT (Computerized Tomography) image reconstruction method based on VAEGAN (Variational Auto Encoder Generative Adversarial Network). Background technique [0002] As a conventional and effective clinical medical diagnostic tool, X-ray computerized tomography (CT) technology provides a wealth of information about human organs and tissues for clinicians' diagnosis. However, related studies have shown that a complete CT scan is usually accompanied by a higher degree of ionizing radiation, and high-dose ionizing radiation can induce abnormal human metabolism and even cancer, leukemia and other diseases. Therefore, how to reduce the X-ray dosage while ensuring the quality of the reconstructed image to meet the clinical diagnosis requirements has become the focus of research in the field of medical image processing. [0003] One of the importa...
