Embodiment Construction

[0036] The technical solution of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with specific examples, so that those skilled in the art can better understand the present invention and implement it, but the examples given are not intended to limit the present invention.

[0037] A method for predicting vanishing links based on the MPA model, the steps are as follows:

[0038] (1) Establish an undirected scientific cooperation network

[0039] According to the relationship between nodes and edges in the DBLP dataset from 1990 to 1992, construct an undirected scientific cooperation network;

[0040] (2) Extract the maximum connected subgraph (MCS) of the scientific cooperation network;

[0041] (3) Extract co-author information of scholars in MCS in the next 20 years. That is, the data on whether the links from 1993 to 2012 are connected. Calculate the ratio of the number of lost links per year, and the ratio of lost links in 20 years is as fol...

Abstract

The invention discloses a lost link prediction method based on a MPA model. In this invention, the missing link prediction is defined in the scientific cooperation network, and based on the PA index,the MPA model is designed to eliminate the negative influence of the weight of the public neighbor links on the missing link prediction, so that the missing link can be predicted more quickly and accurately. The MPA model takes into account the different functions of the neighbor links and the weights of the links. This provides a new idea for exploring the dynamic evolution law and mechanism of network structure and other network science issues. The prediction method of the invention has great advantages over seven classical structure similarity algorithms in AUC and accuracy rate, and can obtain more accurate prediction effect in the problem of missing link prediction.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for predicting vanishing links based on an MPA model, and belongs to the technical field of computer graph mining. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of network science, the study of link prediction is closely related to the structure and evolution of the network. Link prediction has become an important method for studying complex networks. There are many methods for link prediction such as similarity-based methods. The research based on similarity algorithm is a mainstream problem. The similarity-based method calculates the similarity between node pairs through various similarity methods such as: node similarity method, and provides an ordered list to predict the possibility of a link between two nodes. Usually, the node similarity method is to use the attributes and characteristics of the nodes to describe the nodes. But the basic properties of nodes are usually hidden and difficult to obtai...
