The cross telescopic frames comprise a plurality of connecting rods, each two connecting rods is a group of connecting units, the middle parts of the two connecting rods of each group of connecting units are hinged, and the ends of the connecting rods of the adjacent two groups of connecting units are hinged corresponding to each other. A plurality of shields disposed between the two cross telescopic frames, the two ends of each shield being connected with connecting rods of the two cross telescopic frames, and the plurality of shields being used for shielding the top of the cargo compartment when the cross telescopic frames are in an unfolded state; the driving device is drivingly connected with the cross telescopic rack, and is used for driving the cross telescopic rack to be in anexpanded state or a contracted state, and when the cross telescopic rack is in a contracted state, the driving device can drive the cross telescopic rack to be turned over.
