Abstract

The invention provides a soil pressure testing device and testing method. The device comprises test boards, U-shaped groove frames, a V-shaped clamp and a straight tube. The test boards include sliding plates and cover plates. Each cover plate includes two sub cover plates clamping the sliding plate; and grooves for insertion of the cover plates are formed in the U-shaped groove frames. The bottomend of the V-shaped clamp and the tops of all U-shaped groove frames are connected by bolts. The top end of the V-shaped clamp is welded with the straight tube; a separation board is fixed in the V-shaped clamp; inductor coils are fixed at positions, corresponding to all U-shaped groove frames, of the separation board; tension springs are respectively arranged in all inductor coils; the bottom ends of the tension springs are connected with the corresponding sliding plates by steel wire ropes respectively; the top end of each tension spring is respectively connected with a rope extending fromthe upper part of the straight tube; and all inductor coils are connected with an inductormeter by wires. Therefore, the device can be inserted into the soil deeply and directly from the surface of the soil without pre burying; and the soil pressure testing device and testing method are not only suitable for testing the soil pressure in the filling soil but also suitable for testing the soil pressure in the undisturbed soil.
