Abstract

The disclosure relates to a glass substrate support platform and a glass substrate macroscopic inspection device. The glass substrate support platform comprises a frame, a plurality of beams disposedside by side on the frame, and a plurality of suction cups connected to the beams, wherein the beams have cavities communicated with the suction cups, and the beams are selectively connected with a positive pressure source or a negative pressure source. According to the above technical solution, the beams connected to the suction cups can be selectively connected to the positive pressure source and the negative pressure source. When connected to the positive pressure source, the suction cups can blow outward, and the support platform can be used as an air floating platform to avoid scratchingthe surface of the glass substrate; when connected to the negative pressure source, the suction cups can blow inward to absorb the glass substrate such that the glass substrate can be stably placed onthe platform. That is, the glass substrate support platform provided by the disclosure can be switched between two modes to meet different applications.
