Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing a composite heat-insulating material from waste inorganic thermal insulation materials. The method comprises the following steps: weighing 25-35 parts ofwaste rock wool or glass wool or aluminum silicate wool, 20 to 30 parts of waste expanded perlite powder and 5-10 parts of waste calcium silicate board powder as main materials; weighing 15-20 parts of attapulgite, 5-15 parts of magnesium oxide powder and 1-5 parts of montmorillonite as reinforcing materials; weighing 5-10 parts of sodium carbonate and 5-10 parts of a binder as modifying and binding materials; adding water, and carrying out mixing and stirring for 30-60 min; and performing forming and drying to prepare a profile. By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, the used waste inorganic thermal insulation materials, used as raw materials, can be compounded again to prepare the usable heat-insulating material; so raw material cost is saved, environmental pollution of the waste thermal insulation materials is eliminated, economic value is provided, an application range is wide, good heat-insulating effect is obtained, and the heat-insulating material can be used as a high-temperature-resistant heat-insulating material for heat pipelines and kilns.
