Problems solved by technology

However, the currently known self-service book return equipment has the following defects: 1) the function is single, and it is tightly limited to the return function of books, which is difficult to meet the functional requirements of the library in more aspects; 2) the mechanical structure is complex, the reliability is poor, and the work efficiency is low. Low, the manufacturing cost is too high, which is not conducive to the promotion and use in libraries
When people flip through the books, they will leave pollutants such as bacteria on the books. In addition to the various microbial pathogens that breed during the storage of the books, this "invisible killer" spreads the pathogenic bacteria undetectably, endangering readers and Health of library staff

Abstract

The invention provides an integrated book processing device capable of achieving self-service book returning, sorting and disinfecting. The bookshelf is in a U shape, a U-shaped linear module is installed on the base and located on the inner side of the bookshelf, a sorting unit is installed on a sliding block on the linear module, at least one pair of sorting units is further installed on the inner side of the linear module, the horizontal heights of the multiple sorting units are kept consistent, and a disinfection device is further installed on the sorting unit on the inner side of the linear module. A control panel and a bar code scanner are further arranged on the vertical plate, and a control circuit is further installed on the rear side of the vertical plate. Books are returned fromthe long notch, the bar code scanner can scan out information numbers of the books and feed back the information numbers to the control circuit, the books are transmitted to the sorting units of thelinear module through the sorting units, and the linear module receives signals of the control circuit and can push the books to the bookshelf to complete book sorting and returning. The disinfectiondevice on the sorting seat can be used for disinfecting the books, so that bacteria of the books are effectively prevented from polluting the books and infecting the books among borrowers.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a book management device, in particular to an integrated book processing device capable of returning, sorting and disinfecting books by itself. Background technique [0002] At present, we usually borrow books from the library. During the borrowing process, we need to return the books before the end of the borrowing cycle. Due to the large amount of books stored in the library, a lot of work is required to sort out the returned books after the books are returned. In order to improve the efficiency of borrowing and returning books, self-service book returning machines or similar devices are often installed to facilitate readers' returning books. However, the currently known self-service book return equipment has the following defects: 1) the function is single, and it is tightly limited to the return function of books, which is difficult to meet the functional requirements of more aspects of the library; 2) the mechanical struct...
