The method comprises the steps of understanding natural language questions,automatically constructing a dynamic knowledge graph about entities and relationships based on ontology and question and answer contexts, determining query intentions by combining the contexts and theknowledge graph, and constructing a query-oriented dynamic knowledge graph. According to the invention, a question-answering template does not need to be constructed manually in advance, the naturallanguage query questions can be effectively converted into the dynamic knowledge graph with semantic equivalence, the dynamic knowledge graph is used for understanding the natural language questions by a general question and answer system, it is guaranteed that the dynamic knowledge graph constructed in a general question and answer scene can fully express semantics of the natural language questions, and the good question and answer effect and performance are achieved.
