The method is applied to a storage device comprising a main LUN and a view LUN which are independent of each other in storage space, and theview LUN is associated with a snapshot time point of the main LUN and stores view write-in data. The method comprises the steps of migrating to-be-migrated data in a snapshot time point associated with a view LUN to the view LUN; and in the migration process, if the view LUN receives the front-end IO request, determining a migration state of a target address field carried by the front-end IO request, and responding to the front-end IO request according to a set IO response strategy matched with the migration state. In the view migration process, the target LUN does not need to be newly built,and the migration operation process is simplified. Meanwhile, because view write-in data is stored in the view LUN, migration of the part of data is also omitted during migration, the amount of data needing to be migrated is greatly reduced, and the view migration efficiency is further improved.
