Abstract

The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant rubber material. The material comprises a rubber layer, a plurality of heat conduction copper wires are arranged in the rubber layer, a heat conduction mud layer is arranged on the upper surface of the rubber layer, a carbonization layer is arranged on the lower surface of the rubber layer, a heat conduction net is arranged on the face, away from the rubber layer, of the heat conduction mud layer, and one ends of the heat conduction copper wires penetrate through the heat conduction mud layer to be connected with the heat conduction net. A preparation method of the high-temperature-resistant rubber material comprises the following steps: A, inserting heat conduction copper wires into a rubber layer; B, uniformly applying heat conductionmud to the upper surface of the rubber layer; C, heating a heat conduction net, and attaching the heat conduction net to the surface, away from the rubber layer, of the heat conduction mud layer; andD, attaching an iron plate to the lower surface of the rubber layer, and heating the iron plate to form a 3mm carbonization layer on the lower surface of the rubber layer. The carbonization layer is arranged on one side of the rubber layer to isolate the rubber layer from a high-temperature object, heat conduction from the high-temperature object to the rubber layer is effectively blocked, and meanwhile the temperature of the rubber layer is further conducted out through the heat conduction mud layer.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of rubber materials, in particular to a high-temperature-resistant rubber material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Rubber (Rubber) refers to a highly elastic polymer material with reversible deformation. It is elastic at room temperature, can produce large deformation under a small external force, and can return to its original shape after the external force is removed. Rubber is a completely amorphous polymer, its glass transition temperature (Tg) is low, and its molecular weight is often large, greater than hundreds of thousands. [0003] Early rubber was latex from plants such as rubber trees and rubber grasses, which were processed into materials that were elastic, insulating, impermeable to water and air. It is a high elastic polymer compound. Rubber is divided into two kinds of natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Natural rubber is processed by extracting gum from rubber trees,...
