The invention provides a well cementation cement paste low-temperature thickening instrument which comprises a case, wherein an operation table is arranged on the case, and a control panel is arrangedon the operation table; at least one pulp cup mounting device arranged in the case, wherein a pulp cup is mounted on the pulp cup mounting device, a consistency meter is arranged on the pulp cup, and the consistency meter is used for measuring the thickening degree of an object in the pulp cup; a temperature adjusting device arranged in the case, connected with the pulp cup and used for controlling the temperature of the pulp cup; and a control device arranged on the control panel and comprising a motor control device for controlling the pulp cup mounting device to rotate and a temperature control device for controlling the temperature adjusting device. The device can simulate the thickening condition of well cementation cement paste in a low-temperature environment.
