According to the decoding method, the decoding device and the storage medium of the invention, subframe signals repeatedly sent by a wireless channel and received in a current period are combined with subframe signals received in a plurality of previous periods, so that a combined signal can be obtained; in respondto the fact that the judgment parameter of the current period meets a first condition, the combined signal is decoded, so a candidate decoding result can be determined; and in response to the fact that the candidate decoding result meeting a second condition, the candidate decoding result is outputted as a final decoding result; and in response to the fact that the candidate decoding result not meeting the second condition and the repetition frequency corresponding to the current period is less than the maximum repetition frequency, the current period is switched to the next period. Therefore,decoding times can be reduced, and power consumption is reduced.
