The invention discloses a sustainable supply chain risk analysis method, which introduces sustainable customer demand importance and an interval intuitionistic fuzzy quality house into sustainable supply chain analysis, and comprises the following steps of: determining sustainable customer demand importance based on a fuzzy Kano model; based on an interval intuitionistic fuzzy theory, constructingan interval intuitionistic fuzzy quality house between sustainable customer requirements and risk factors; and determining the importance of the risk factor by combining the interval intuitionistic fuzzy cross entropy. According to the invention, based on an integrated model of Kano and QFD, continuous customer demands and customer satisfaction can be introduced into risk analysis of the sustainable supply chain, so that customer demand-oriented sustainable supply chain risk management is realized so as to effectively improve the customer satisfaction; and the interval intuitionistic fuzzy number is further introduced into the QFD analysis model, so that the subjective uncertainty of the evaluation information is expressed more comprehensively and effectively, and the uncertainty of the evaluation information is effectively relieved so as to improve the expression accuracy.
