The method comprises the following steps: a first terminal sends a call request signaling toa plurality of second terminals according to identification handles stored in a signaling server by the plurality of second terminals based on a P2P communication protocol of a punching mechanism, andthe first terminal receives a ringing signaling and a request answering signaling sent by the second terminals in an idle condition, the first terminal checks the state identifiers of the other multiple second terminals; when the other multiple second terminals are not in the answering request state or the call state, sending an acknowledgement signaling to the second terminal which currently sends the request answering signaling, and establishing a call connection. Through the above mode, the fault occurrence rate in the call process is reduced, and the call efficiency is improved.
