The pipe comprises an upper pipe section, a U-shaped pipe section and a lower pipe section, the two ends of the U-shaped pipe section are in communication with the lower end of the upper pipe section and the upper end of the lower pipe section respectively, the pipe further comprises a communicating section, the communicating section is a straight pipe, and the two ends of the communicating section are in communication with the lower end of the upper pipe section and the upper end of the lower pipe section respectively; a water overflowing opening is formed in the communicating position between the U-shaped pipe section and the lower pipe section, a sleeve is slidably arranged in the upper pipe section in the length direction of the upper pipe section, a water passing opening is formed in the side wall of the sleeve, and the sleeve can be switched between the two states that the sleeve shields the end of the communicating section and the sleeve shields the end, in communication with the communicating section, of the water passing opening through sliding; and the sleeve is connected with a sliding rod, and the sliding rod extends out of the upper end of the upper pipe section.
