The voiceprint recognition method comprises the steps of acquiring a to-be-recognized voice signal of a to-be-recognized user; performing emotion recognition on the to-be-recognized voice signal to obtain a first emotion corresponding to the to-be-recognized voice signal; obtaining a voiceprint template corresponding to the first emotion of the registered user, wherein when the first emotion corresponds to different emotions, the voiceprint templates corresponding to the different emotions are different; and judging whether the to-be-recognized user is the registered user or not according to the to-be-recognized voice signal and the voiceprint template. Therefore, according to the embodiment of the invention, the to-be-recognized voice signal under the same emotion is matched with the voiceprint template, so that the influence of the emotion fluctuation of the user on voiceprint recognition can be reduced, and the robustness of voiceprint recognition is enhanced.
