Mouse animal model tests show that the linseed oil can change intestinal flora of atherosclerosis and change the short-chain fatty acid level of metabolites of the intestinal flora and the bile acid level of metabolites of the intestinal flora, and meanwhile, atherosclerosis is relieved, which indicates that the linseed oil can improve the atherosclerosis by adjusting the intestinal flora.
